I love learning about new things and I think Kenmore park is amazing. My class is called 5GC, the teacher is called Mr Crossland.

Keeping fit
Our class has been training to do a half marathon. Every Thursday we have been training to do a half marathon. Every Thursday we have been training to do more minutes. Loredana
For IPC the children are learning about being healthy like doing a 10min marathon. You may think it is easy but it is not it is so hard. The children do extra PE lessons so they can increase there stamina and to have a faster pace. Mujtaba
The children in year 5 are reading a book called Oranges In No Man’s Land. The book is about a child that lives in Lebanon during the civil war. She tries to survive along with her younger brothers and gran. Mujtaba

I am going to write about 5GC and what they are learning about. The children are learning about yeast. They even made bread so they could write about how to make it. That sounds awesome.

5GC are making sculptures in their class. They made it out of dough. The sculptures were made with tools. They said that they enjoyed the fun activity. You can try it yourself, it’s so much fun! Do you think it is an amazingly fun activity? I’ve had so much fun myself, BUT… my one broke ☹. The children are even going to paint the sculptures and put glue all over it to make it shiny. The children In 5GC are learning about myths. The myths are roman myths. Check on this website to see what they have been learning about and read some of the myths
5GC are learning about Romans and Greeks. Romans and Greeks have a few similarities. The children go on a website named myths and legends look at it for yourself. You might be able to make your own myth or legend. It does not have to be real.
